I. The Creative Prerogative
To ensure the cinematic and aesthetic excellence that defines LIGHTTRAM Creative Group and its subsidiaries—including BELLINIZIO Films, LIGHTTRAM Films, COMPĀTI Films, LIGHTTRAM Adverts, LIGHTTRAM Archt Films, and LIGHTTRAM Studio—we reserve the exclusive right to all production, filming, and post-production artistry. Each project is a bespoke creation, crafted from our unique directorial and design point of view; as such, LIGHTTRAM reserves all creative rights. Any revisions requested following final delivery are considered "Extra Mile" services; these will be subject to additional investment and scheduled according to our Cinematic Laboratory’s production calendar.
II. Environmental & Temporal Stewardship
Our directors and specialists strive for comprehensive coverage and precision; however, the final output is a reflection of the environment and cooperation provided. LIGHTTRAM cannot be held liable for restricted coverage or delayed delivery due to event delays, the unavailability of key participants, or logistical constraints imposed by the location, religious directives, or institutional regulations. We prioritize work that meets the uncompromising quality standards that our group has always prized.
III. Technical Integrity & Contingency
In the rare event of a technological failure, LIGHTTRAM will exercise every resource to resolve the inconvenience. Should a resolution remain beyond our reach, we uphold a noble refund policy: up to 50% for post-production (editing/design) and 100% for production (filming/creation), determined by the specific nature of the occurrence.
IV. The Production Calendar & Studio Schedule
While we respect every suggested milestone, the creative process is an organic one. Delivery times may fluctuate based on the complexity of the "Lush Realism" or technical intricacy we seek to capture. Our Cinematic Laboratory in Heredia, Costa Rica, honours a dedicated production schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. (CST). Please note that pre-production demands, on-location filming, or acts of force majeure may shift these hours without prior notice.
V. Exhibition & Legacy
As part of our commitment to the cinematic and visual arts, LIGHTTRAM Creative Group and its brands curate and exhibit select highlights of our collaborations within our digital portfolios and professional networks. This allows us to celebrate the excellence of our clients while advancing the art of high-level documentation and the "Magic of Believing."
VI. Financial & Digital Delivery
For your security and peace of mind, all transactions are processed through Payoneer. Secure links will be issued for reservations and final balances (typically due four to three weeks prior to the commencement of production). Upon completion, your project or cinematic legacy will be delivered via secure digital gateways, available for download for a period of one month.
